My experience with American Air was simply outstanding. The home was in Waukesha, Wisconsin and belonged to my mother; I was living in Florida and selected American Air to provide me an estimate for the removal of mold in the basement. I had contacted 2 other companies and American Air was the only company who returned the call. They provided not only an estimate, but also a detailed description of what was to be done and how long it would take.
I needed to have the mold issue resolved quickly so I accepted the offer, set up the time to complete (2 days for the removal) and arranged for a walk-thru upon completion of the work. The work began on a Thursday and was scheduled to be completed by early afternoon on Friday. I set up a flight back to Milwaukee late Thursday night, and arrived at the house by 7AM. To my surprise the work was completed, the trash picked up and the key which I left for the crew was under a door mat in the garage.
American Air contacted me on Friday morning and came out to do a complete walk-thru, provide me with another description of what was done, and the warranty.
I would highly recommend the Waukesha office of American Air for their honesty and attention to detail.

When I found that I might have a mold problem in the attic of the house I was trying to sell in Fontana, WI, my real estate agent gave me the names of five companies in the area that did mold remediation. After checking on the five, I chose American Air based on the information on their web site, their being on Angie's list, and the professional response to my call to find out if they could handle my problem. I'm so glad I chose them. Their men came out here a few days later to survey the situation. They checked out the whole house and found that the mold was in fact only in the attic. They prepared a complete report and gave me a written recommendation for the work to be done with a firm price. I accepted their proposal and they were here within a week to do the work, which they completed in one day. Their work was done very well and very professionally. They left the house as clean as if they had never been there. I would certainly recommend American Air for mold remediation work.
